We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns on any jewelry purchased from our online store.
Exchange Policy (For Genuine Issues )
We understand that it can be difficult to purchase jewelry without trying it on first, which is why we offer an exchange policy for eligible jewelry items. If the jewelry item you purchased does not fit properly, we are happy to exchange it for the same item in a different size, or with something else available on our website subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligible items: Items to be exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all the tags attached.
Exchange period: Size exchanges must be requested within 72 hours (3 days) of the purchase date.
Exchange process: To initiate a exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement item.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the size exchange, including the cost to return the original item and the cost to ship the replacement item.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is not available, we will offer a store credit for the original purchase price of the item.

Our No Returns Policy for jewelry is in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products. Once you have made a purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, even if the you have changed your mind about the purchase.

Exchange is not allowed on customized and discounted products. (Products bought on sale)
Exchanges are not permitted for items from the new collection.
To be eligible for an exchange the customer will have to courier it back to us on Sanskriti Imperial Gems.
